The Design Process

You may know someone who has created a web page or website - creating images and coding HTML are easy skills to learn. Creating a cohesive and intuitive site, effective at reaching a targeted audience, is not such an easy task.

Our design process can be broken down into five separate steps:

Introduction: Yes, we'll ask a lot of questions! :) This will ensure that we become familiar with your needs and preferences, and that you get the website features you require. This can only be accomplished by us obtaining information from the person who is most familiar with your business - you.

Pre Site Design: We will create a layout for your site - color scheme, content addition, graphic design and interactivity will be required during this stage. You will have the ability to monitor your site's progress, and provide input, guidance and suggestions - such as additions or changes - during this time. We maintain regular contact with our customers by email, phone during this phase. This is normally the longest stage - depending on the size and complexity of the web site.

Implementation: During this stage, we 'polish' the site, and thoroughly test it to verify ease of usage, and to ensure usability on a variety of browsers and screen resolutions.

Web Publishing: The site will be uploaded to your server, and tested once again before going 'live'.

Ongoing Maintenance and Promotion: This step is optional. If you prefer, we can update your site as per SEO and register your domain with your key words to more than 250 Search Engine & Directories on applicable fee.
